AI that earns its keep.
Real prices. No hype.
Doorlark is for working real estate agents who want AI to save them hours, not add another login. We compare the tools, quote the real prices, and hand you prompts with a worked example, so you see the output before you use it.

No public price? We say "see site"
Every week, another AI tool promises to 10x your business.
You get the cold email, the webinar invite, the "quick 15-minute demo." Pricing is buried behind a sales call. The prompts floating around produce listing copy any buyer can spot as a robot. And nobody tells you which of it is worth your money.
We built Doorlark to be the page you check before you take that call.
"Pricing available on request." Translation: book a demo first.
"Write a compelling listing description." Out comes "nestled" and "boasts" in the first line.
"Trusted by top producers." Which ones? At what price?
Doorlark's answer: the number, the date we checked it, and what to use instead.
Facts first. Then a straight opinion.
52 tools, one honest format
Every listing shows the price, the date we checked it and alternatives in the same category. Our most-searched tools also get a full write-up: what it does for an agent, who it fits and what to watch for. No 47-feature brochure copy.
Prices with a date on them
We quote the vendor's own pricing page and show the date we checked it. Last full check: Oct 16, 2026.
We call out hidden pricing
If we can't source a current price from the vendor's own site, we say "see site" instead of guessing. When a vendor only quotes on a sales call, you'll know before you book the demo.
18 prompts you can actually paste
Each one has fill-in fields, MLS length limits and a worked example, so you see the output before you trust it with a listing.
Fair-housing-safe by default
Our prompts describe the property, never who should live in it. No "perfect for families," no neighborhood code words.
Built for the work, not the hype
We organize by deal moment: listings, expireds, FSBOs, CMAs, follow-up. That's how agents search for help, so that's how we file it.
Six steps, every tool
The same process for a $0 Chrome extension and a team CRM.
Start with the vendor's own site
Pricing, plans and features come from the company's published pages, not from affiliate roundups or a sales rep's memory.
Write down the check date
Every price on Doorlark carries the date we looked. Software pricing moves; a number without a date is a guess.
No public price? We say so
We don't estimate, average or "start at" anything we can't source. If we can't source it, the listing says "see site."
Describe it in agent terms
Which part of the business it helps (leads, listings, transactions, follow-up) and who it fits, from solo agents to teams.
Point to alternatives
Every tool page links to others in the same category, so you can compare before you commit.
Re-check and correct
We re-check prices on a schedule and fix errors when we find them. Spot one? Email us and we'll correct it.
Sponsors pay for visibility. Never for a verdict.
Doorlark is free because sponsors pay for labeled placements. Here are the rules we hold to:
- Every sponsored placement is labeled. You'll see a "Sponsored" tag and a dashed gold border. No disguised ads.
- Sponsors never buy rankings or write-ups. Editorial listings are free, and a sponsor gets the same honest treatment as everyone else.
- Prices are re-checked against the vendor's own site, sponsor or not.
- Some links are affiliate links. If a vendor pays us a commission when you sign up, the link is labeled right where you click it. Commissions never change a price, a pick or a write-up.
- We correct mistakes. Tell us and we'll fix it and update the check date.
